Aeroflex Industries is engaged in manufacturing of stainlesssteel flexible hose with braiding and without braiding and assemblies. The Company has done the expansion of the manufacturing activities during the year for productionof Metal Bellows & Composite hoses & related products. Aeroflex Industries Limited (Formerly known Suyog Intermediates Private Limited) was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on October 19, 1993, which later on was changed to `Aeroflex Industries Private Limited' dated October 28, 1998. Subsequently, the status was converted to a Public Company and name of the Company was changed to `Aeroflex Industries Limited', via fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 23, 2006 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Company is a subsidiary of SAT Industries Limited with a holding of 61.23%. The Company is a leading manufacturer in metallic flexible engineering solutions. It is engaged in the business of manufacturing Stainless-Steel Corrugated Flexible Hoses and Hose assemblies. The products are designed for the controlled flow of solids, liquids, and gases, catering to a wide range of industries. These products replace flow solutions made of rubber and polymers. The Company operate a single manufacturing facility located at Taloja, Navi Mumbai in Maharashtra, with mechanical and hydraulic corrugation machines, interlocking machines, braiding machines, bobbin machines and assemblies equipment. Their product categories include braided hoses, unbraided hoses, solar hoses, gas hoses, vacuum hoses, braiding, interlock hoses, hose assemblies, lancing hose assemblies, jacketed hose assemblies, exhaust connectors, exhaust gas re circulation (EGR) tubes, expansion bellows, compensator and related fittings. In renewable energy segment, SS corrugated Flexible Flow Solution is fast finding application in solar heating systems, where it is used to transfer hot and cold water between thermal panels and storage tank. In 2023-24, Company has acquired 100% equity shares of Hyd-Air Engineering Private Limited, making it a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company effective on April 4, 2024. The Company has made an Initial Public Offer of 3,25,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 2/- each by raising funds aggregating to Rs 351 Crore comprising a Fresh Issue of 15,000,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs 162 Crore and 17,500,000 Equity Shares aggregating to Rs 189 Crore through Offer for Sale in August, 2024. In FY 2025, Company launched advanced Metal Bellows; it enhanced the production capacity to 20 Mn metres. It set up an industrial unit of Metal Bellows project near Taloja MIDC.
