Arihant Superstructures The operation of the Company spanned in all aspect of Real Estate Development, from the identification and Acquisition of Land, planning, execution, construction and marketing of projects.
Arihant Superstructures Limited was founded in 1999. The operation of the Company spanned in all aspect of Real Estate Development, from the identification and Acquisition of Land, planning, execution, construction and marketing of projects. The Company has its presence in the States of Rajasthan and Maharashtra. The company is the member of Builders Association of Navi Mumbai & MCHI and now we are ISO 9001-2008 certified. During the year 2010-11, the Company launched 3 residential projects in Jodhpur city of Rajasthan following "Arihant Adita", "Arihant Ayati" and "Arihant Agrima". Adeshwar Realty Private Limited became a 100% subsidiary of the Company in 2011. In 2011-12, it launched Arihant Abhilasha, Arihant Arham and Arihant Amodini in Navi Mumbai. Arihant Gruhnirman Private Limited became a subsidiary of the Company in 2012. It launched 2 new projects, Aloki and Anshula in 2015. In 2016-17, Adeshwar Realty Private Limited (ARPL), Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company was amalgamated with the Company effective from August 22, 2016. Arihant Anaika at Taloja, Mumbai was launched in February, 2017. In FY 18, the Company launched Arihant Arishya Phase 3-67 units launched in April, 2017; Arihant Anchal Phase 2-252 units launched in May 2017; Arihant Aspire -622 units launched in November, 2017; Arihant Anaika Phase2- 267 units launched in Jan. 2018; Arihant Anmol Phase 3- 85 units launched in March, 2018 in MMR/Navi Mumbai and Jodhpur. In 2019-20, it launched Arihant 4Anaika - 258 units in November 2019 and Arihant Aloki - 132 Units in March, 2020. In 2022, the Company launched Arihant Aarohi, Arihant Aangan, Arihant Ayati, Arihant Anchal, Arihant Aakarshan and Arihant Aaradhya. In 2023, the Company ventured in Villa Resort and gymkhana development. It launched Arihant Aayan Project in Titwala. The Company launched 362 villas at World Villas, featuring Club 10 Gymkhana and a 5-star hotel in collaboration with Indian Hotels in FY 2024. It opened the Atal Setu Sea Link, which connects South Mumbai to World Villas as the leading Navi Mumbai NMR 2019 real estate developer. New launches of projects during the year 2024 comprised of Arihant Aspire Galenia, Arihant Avanti Palace, Catalina Towers and Arihant Adarsh. Company doubled its gross development potential to Rs.12,500 Crore in FY 2025. It launched the 88-acre Town Villas in FY25.
