B&B Triplewall Containers is Principal activities of the Company consists of manufacture and sale of corrugated boards & boxes and Packaging materials. B&B Triplewall Containers Limited was initially established as 'MNM Triplewall Containers Private Limited' at Bangalore, as a Private Company dated August 23, 2011 issued by Registrar of Companies. The Company was renamed as B&B Triplewall Containers Private Limited on May 2, 2018. It was then converted to a Public Limited after which the Company changed the name to 'B&B Triplewall Containers Limited' via fresh certificate dated June 13, 2018 obtained from the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore. This Company was the first to have an installed capacity of 5000 tones/month, within a single facility, and a combined installed capacity of 9300 tones/month from all the facilities. The Company is engaged in manufacturing of corrugated boxes and corrugated sheets. The manufacturing facilities is situated at Bangalore and Tamil Nadu. The manufacturing facilities are fully automated and the entire manufacturing process is managed through fully automatic machines including corrugation machine, printing, converting machines. These facilities are divided into two units. Unit I is located at Bangalore, Karnataka and Unit III is situated at Shoolagiri (Krishnagiri), Tamil Nadu. The Company commenced its business operations in the year 2011 in Unit I. In 2015, the Company was merged with HMK Auto Packs Private Limited. India's most technologically advanced & single largest capacity plant manufacturing corrugated boxes was installed in 2017. Unit III (TN) became a SEDEX approved plant in the year 2020. The Company added 60000 sq feet of plant area in Unit III (TN). In October 2018, the Company came up with a Public Issue of 55,53,000 Equity Shares by equity funds from public aggregating to Rs 20 Crores. In 2023, the Company set up the Unit IV in Hyderabad for manufacturing of Corrugated Boxes. Company got certified with FSC of Unit III. The commercial production at the newly established unit and division has commenced in August, 2024. Capacity expansion of Unit III enhanced from 5000 to 7000 in FY25.
