Hi-Tech Pipes is in the business of manufacturing of ERW Steel Round & Section Pipes, cold Rolled Strips, coils, GP coils and colour coated sheet & Engineering Products and distribution of the same across India. Hi-Tech Pipes Limited, formerly known as Ram Lal Harbans Lal Limited was incorporated in 1985. The status of the Company was converted to Public Limited and renamed to 'Hi-Tech Pipes Limited' in October, 1986. The Company serves Infrastructure, Constructions, Automobiles, Energy, Agriculture, Oil & Gas, Defense, Engineering& Telecom industries. It is a Multi Product company marking its presence in steel pipes, hollow sections, tubes, cold rolled coils & strips, road crash barriers, solar mounting structures and a variety of other galvanised products. The end uses of these products are in high-rise buildings, metro stations, bridges, dams, refineries, telecom, airports, highways, power projects etc. The Company work with the installed capacity of 750,000 tonnes per annum spread across six state-of-the-art facilities. It has transitioned and diversified the business from tubular segment to integrated cold rolling complexes and continuous galvanizing. With 6 advanced manufacturing units, it hold a dominant position in India's steel pipe industry. The Company commissioned the commercial production at its new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility of ERW steel pipes in Khopoli, Maharashtra, through its wholly owned subsidiary, i.e., HTL Ispat Private Limited in 2021, which is running an installed capacity of 80,000 MTPA. In 2022, it started commercial production of CGL (Continuous Galvanizing Line) and Galvanized Corrugated Roofing Sheets. In 2023, Company expanded the business at Sikandrabad facility by introducing a new GP/GC line. In 2023, the Company installed a new hot-dip galvanising facility at its Sikandarabad Plant. It started commercial production of Color Coated Coils at Sikendrabad (U.P.) facility with an Installed capacity of 50,000 MTPA . The Company commissioned a Green field manufacturing facility at Sanand Unit 2, Phase I in FY24. In FY25, Company played a pivotal role in critical national infrastructure projects, in supplying high-quality steel pipes for the Indian Railways' Kavach anti-collision system. Sanand Unit2 emerged as a global supply hub for solar torque tubes, exporting to North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Company commissioned a Hot-dip Galvanizing Facility at Hindupur, for corrosion-resistant pipes in FY 2025.
