Unicommerce eSolutions is engaged in the business of providing a range of 'Software Services' more specifically known it IT (Information Technology) field as 'Software as a Service (SaaS), relating to Supply chain management. Unicommerce eSolutions Limited was originally incorporated as `Unicommerce eSolutions Private Limited' at New Delhi as a Private Limited Company dated February 2, 2012, with the RoC, Delhi and Haryana. The Company was converted from a Private Limited to Public Limited and the name of the Company was changed to `Unicommerce eSolutions Limited' on December 26, 2023. Unicommerce was purpose-built to simplify and automate the growing complexity of e-commerce. Today, more than 7,000 clients - including marquee enterprises, leading retailers, D2C brands, and SMB sellers - rely on our platform, which operates at an annual transactions run-rate of 1 billion order items. Company provide e-commerce enablement Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform in the transaction processing or nerve centre layer that enables end-to-end management of e-commerce operations for brands, sellers and logistics service provider firms. The SaaS products, such as the warehouse and inventory management system (WMS), multi-channel order management system (OMS), omni -channel retail management system (Omni-RMS), and seller management panel, act as the nerve centre for e-commerce fulfillment operations of clients, enabling them to efficiently manage their journey of post-purchase e-commerce operations. Apart from these, the Company has introduced post-order services related to logistics tracking and courier allocation (UniShip); and payment reconciliation (UniReco). Additionally, it offer several sub-modules that our customers may use as a part of their routine operations. These products aid in streamlining e-commerce operations for clients and enables to become a critical part of the supply chain stack. The Company issued and allotted 25,608,512 equity shares of Re 1 each, by raising the offer for sale of Rs 276.5 Crore in August 2024. The Company launched quick commerce management systems to enable fast and accurate processing of high-frequency orders from quick commerce platforms, along with Blink Mode, designed for Small and Medium Business (SMB) sellers in FY 2025. During the FY 2025, the Company acquired Shipway and Convertway to augment Uniware to its portfolio of products.
